Choosing the most suitable Training Venue for your needs is vital if you are to maximise your trainees' potential.
We can source Training Venues on your behalf, Free of Charge for residential or non-residential courses, both in the UK and overseas.
Many facilitators have a preferred Training room 'model', often with particular needs for room dimensions or in-room features. We work closely with you, with this model in mind, to source your optimum Training Venue either in the UK or overseas.
Some facilitators also place very specific requests for furniture, a/v equipment, break times and food - we'll ensure that instructions are fully communicated to the Training Venue prior to the start of the course.
A Great Training Venue requires a venue that meets a number of unique specifications outlined below:
• Suitable Training rooms - The rooms need to be professional, flexible and suited to many different layouts. The main rooms used will require daylight due to the type of Training taking place. All required rooms will need to be peaceful and private.
• Breakout Rooms - In our experience, a large number of breakout rooms and spaces will be required. Delegates are often required to split into small teams again requiring a venue that is used to dealing with Training courses and one that understands the importance of these functions.
• Excellent AV Facilities - Generally the meeting rooms used will require the use of LCD Projectors, flipcharts, and large screens as a minimum on these courses. Further AV may also be required i.e video recording. An onsite technician should be considered when searching for a Training Venue.
• A good location with easy access for delegates - If your event is a national one and needs to Train candidates across the UK it is essential that the location is correct. We specialise in pulling together venues suitable for both regional and national Training Courses.
