Gratis was designed to improve the communication between the client, agent and venue and make the life of a professional meeting planner more efficient.
Gratis interfaces with The Venue Directory allowing venues to update their information continually, which in turn forms part of the proposal created by the agent. The agent then has the opportunity to add to this data to give the client the fullest and most informed information available on the venues they have shortlisted.
The client receives from an agent an online proposal confirmation that, thanks to Gratis contains all the relevant details for their event.
This proposal can be viewed via the internet, and even on the latest hand held devices such as i-phones. The system is a huge benefit to the agent and the client giving efficiencies that speed up response times and accuracy of information that is not available through traditional methods. The reporting modules are designed within the system to give the Agents clients tailor made information.
