Having discussed and identified the details required for your business Conference.   Momentum will then initiate a search of those venues which we know could meet the needs of your Conference.  

Momentum has an excellent relationship with venues across the UK, Europe* and The Middle East*. So by successfully working with these venues we are able to provide a TOTALLY FREE SERVICE to our client.

On your behalf, we shall negotiate with the Conference venue in order to achieve your requirements and on completing the search, we will provide you with a full proposal based on the information we have received from you, and from the Conference venue showing costings and availability.  Whilst you consider our proposal, we will hold the proposed Conference venues for you.

We shall provide on-going support during your selection process, providing answers to any questions which may arise and accompanying you on site visits should you require. Thus ensuring that all details are covered and nothing is left to chance!
 
On making your choice of Conference venue, Momentum will provide a written confirmation to the venue, covering all logistical arrangements and requirements, and also ensuring that all appropriate paperwork is initiated.   The Momentum team shall continue to provide support until the event has been completed to your satisfaction.
